We went shopping around for a new fridge. Found one we liked @ Rains. My mom told me not to go there because they are "The most xpensive place in town" But of course I went anyways! Th price on the fridge said 799. It was just a plain white side by side. We had to make a trip to the bank to w/drawl the money but so I took the kids & got in the car. When my hubbs came out he had a total for the fridge...1100 BUCKS!! So we went to MALTS used appliances on LEE & looked around before we made that trip to the bank. We found a stainless steel fridge, side by side, with water & ice in the door. It's less than 6mo old & still under warranty. 725!! + free that day delivery! So my hubbs called Rains to tell em we would'nt be comin back. The dude went off on him!! Tellin him "Why did you waste my time if you knew you were'nt gonna buy it!?" We did'nt know! & what the hell else was he doin? Sittin on his fat @ss!? We were the only customers there!! I REALLY wish I would've called & not my hubbs. He's WAY too nice, I would've LOVED for that sh!thead to have said that to me!! DO NOT GO TO RAINS!! Thier prices & employees SUCK!! 

Wow i cant believe that the employee talked to your hubby like that. Wa sthat guy the manager? If not I would definitely go back and make a complaint. If he talked to your hubby like that I am sure he talked like that to many others before him. That "shithead" should be fired. No one is ever sure they are going to buy something somewhere unless money is not a problem and you really dont care if you over pay for an item because you have so much money. I know i always shop are around before i make my permanent decision on t he specific items especially since it cost so much. well Im gald you got such a great deal on your fridge and the stainless steel ones are really nice too. 

Yeah we LOVE our new fridge! I don't know if he was the manager or not. He's lucky I was not the one he said that too....aww the things I would've said... 

I shopped around for a dryer 2 years ago and they had one that was the exact same model as one at the px where I could have used the credit card, but Rains hauls away the old and I did not have to deal with anything then. I just wanted something simple to get me by a couple years until I buy a new set, but was happy with it, and had good service. dont know if the same people are still working there but it was ok back a then. Sorry it was bad for you. I did not go to the used place because it was my used dryer I had bought not too long before that I was replacing.
